Overnight, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious U-Haul truck with 3 occupants possibly committing car burglaries in Deltona. The same truck was involved in similar reports out of Brevard County.

A Volusia deputy spotted the truck traveling through Deltona, and it fled from an attempted traffic stop. Air One later spotted the truck in Port Orange, and eventually, the three occupants bailed out.

Deputies searched the area, initially without success. A resident in the area denied seeing anyone. However, after she was confronted with Air One footage, she admitted all three suspects were inside the house.
One suspect came outside and was taken into custody without incident. Two others were found inside a bedroom pretending to be asleep, and they were both taken into custody without incident.

Ricky Edwards, 25 (DOB 8/3/1995), Daytona Beach, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, driving while license suspended, resisting a law enforcement officer without violence, and running a red light. In custody on $4,500 bond.

Laron Manning, 22 (DOB 11/3/1997), Daytona Beach, was charged with possession of counterfeit bills and resisting an officer without violence. In custody on a $3,500 bond.

Michael Jackson, 23 (DOB 4/18/1997), Daytona Beach, was charged with resisting an officer without violence. In custody on $1,000 bond.
Additional charges may be forthcoming pending further investigation.

  1. They left te he door open and they came in and she let them sleep in the same room with her daughter… jesus, one gang outside another one inside.

  2. how many times does it need to be spelled out? do NOT talk to the police. ask questions, assert your rights, then stfu.

  3. Ahh the daughter was afraid for her daughter.. asshole cop! I would’ve lied as well to save my kid. 3 men holding my kids hostage, yeah I’m going lie! Whatever keeps my kid alive. I think the courts would agree.

  4. Dude.. just wanna let you know that you should either re-educate Acura Amanda, or get her off the streets brother. She’s giving you guys a bad name/rep.

  5. Don’t scare my daughter. There are 3 criminals inside, that just walked in and I don’t know who they are but don’t scare my daughter. COME ON, BLATANTLY LYING. Arrest her with them.

  6. I would be like I want these ppl out of my house!! If I really didn’t know them, (but the daughter did) If I was her mom she would be in trouble with me.

  7. We keep our doors locked..somebody would have to force a door…and the next sound they would hear is their birth control becoming retro-active….we'd be cleaning for weeks..

  8. They said they're going to arrest her even though she told them she didn't know them
She said no to the cops out if fear
Damn. These fricking thug cops arresting her. This is disgusting
Those 3 hoodlums probably threatened them if they spoke
So these girl got victimized twice
    Disgusting🤬

  9. I’m all for police accountability and removing qualified immunity but what is wrong with you people? That girl is no victim. Lmao. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, it’s a duck. That girl was hiding her friends and didn’t rat them out until evidence was shown. You people calling her a victim are a bunch of fools.

  10. The thieves were obviously acquaintances of the daughter, who obviously incited (EDIT: invited) them inside to hide them from the COPS. She then lied to the COPS about their presence. Therefore, she's guilty as hell of accessory after the fact, and could be arrested.
However, she should not be arrested, because the COP told her, do this, if you don't, we'll arrest you. Since she then did exactly what the COP asked of her, the COP implied she'd not be arrested. Now, we all know that #COPS-LIE, but they shouldn't be allowed to lie about deals made. She should not face charges.

  11. She's worried about her daughter being frightened by the police but not three strangers. Fuck her arrest her and let her defense attorney explain it to a judge and jury.

  12. Hey this is pathetic, you have the right to remain silent and if your not involved directly with the crime, WHY would you want to turn a law abiding citizen into a criminal for something like this. Its Tyrany and turning ordinary citizens against police and their abuses of power. They wield a hammer when a feather is required and become reactionary becuase you don't do everything they want. She wasn't putting up much resistance and may have been fearful for her child's safety but the cop didn't care about her child, just rapping up his arrests at whatever cost

  13. Outrageous police tactics. Letting a person back into a house with 3 fleeing felons is totally wrong. Before you say it, they did not know whether the people knew the guys or not.

  14. I’m gonna send my dog in and you’re getting to get dog bit. What’s the other option? The handler going to bite the suspect???😂

  15. After the numerous incidents of cops destroying a house AFTER being given permission, I wouldn't let them in either. They may have permission to enter a house from someone , but if it's my house, I'm the one giving permission. Warrant or not, they aren't coming in my house without a fight. If the perpetrators are in my house , then the battle is already over anyway. All this BS about exigent circumstances, just to effect an arrest are nonsensical. Let them charge me , I'll take my chances with a jury.

  16. Tell the cops to pound sand without warrant, then kick the 3 morons out of the house while cops are getting warrant! Then cops won't enter your house period and you get to say they snuck in, you just found them… People, know your rights…

  17. The cops did a good job here. They weren’t hopped up on adrenaline looking to kick ass. Police need to use this as a training video.
I wouldn’t arrest the daughter because she was probably scared of the cops at first.

  18. Suspect. To have a slight or even vague idea concening;-not necessarily involving knowledge or belief or
likelihood. "Suspect" with reference to probable cause as grounds for arrest without warrant is commonly
used in place of the word believe. A person reputed or suspected to be involved in a crime. See also Probable cause; Suspicion.

  19. So the victim of 3 thugs entering her house uninvited and under threat to her and the baby and whoever that man is with her might be charged ? There is something seriously wrong in America

  20. Three men illegally enter your house with your young daughter there and tell you to shut up, so you put them to bed and chill with them? Seems like a legit story… If I'm not shooting, I'm playing along until I can grab my daughter, flee and call the police; clearly that wasn't the case here.

  21. Wait, they're just chillin' and sleeping in the house and she doesn't know them..? Yeah ok, sounds like she had an orgy planned and got embarrassed..?

  22. Prick cops threaten her arrest, so she allows them entry. Then he whines later about her lying to him. Cops cant really see they were frightened. Thats why people don’t like talking to cops

  23. clearly she knew them or she would not had hidden them… some say don't answer the door well the police would have a warrant within 30 minutes and that outcome would have been much worse as they break down the door possibly injuring someone
