We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. I live in Albuquerque. The “new” rule concerning carrying in a city park is b.s. Our communist Mayor recently enacted an executive order to disallow carrying in a city park. An Antifa member was shot when he attacked a citizen trying to protect a statue of a conquistador being torn down. The Mayor’s reasoning was that children from the Albuquerque Public Schools use the parks for after school athletic events. Of course, school has been disallowed due to CV19 since mid March. Hopefully his unconditional executive order will be overturned.

  2. Awesome job, officer Faulkner. Great people skills, great job presenting information that helps public be aware. Thank you for serving and honoring your oath.

  3. I stopped in Albuquerque last Sunday for two days with my wife on vacation on way to Vegas. Met a retired Albuquerque Police Officer and his wife and had a great time. Much respect to the Officer.

  4. This video is why I'm subscribing. You show the police officers that aren't violating your rights….(if you don't count stripping away your fourth amendment rights because you exercised your second amendment rights in as public park).

  5. New Mexico have some of the worst police and sheriff in the country, Especially deming!!! Those cops don't follow the law for nothing!!!!

  6. Great conduct! I did, however, see this ALMOST exact thing happen to a POC in a video from about 2 years ago who was open carry about a few hundred feet from a city park, and the comments were mostly calling the officer a racist and a POS for informing them (it was two guys in open carry). Funny who the exact same situation can carry two different meaning for different people……Makes one think of other "claims" and "situations"

  7. So this is a "policy"? Policy does not over ride state law or the Constitution. I get a little tired of government at all levels just whipping out the pen and signing "Executive Orders', just like I get tired of the Fourth Amendment being gutted with law enforcement using "exigent circumstances" to raid your home/search your car without a warrant. Way too much of these cases being excused. Just like the "I smell weed" on a minor traffic stop for an equipment violation and getting held on the side of the road until a dog shows up. Border Patrol sets up a check point within 100 miles inland of the border and asks if you are a citizen. Ridiculous. I do compliment the Officer on his behavior and him warning Jason, but that still does not make the "executive order" or "policy" legal.

  8. Your voice and being in Albuquerque I thought you were Badger. When you showed your face I could see you are Badger's dad.
    Thanks for the good work.

  9. Guangdong
Olight. Olight Technology Co., Ltd., is based in Guangdong, China. They produce higher end lights and also owned iTP.

  10. POLICING AND INFORMING , THATS AN OFFICERS DUTY, GET BACK TO THE BASICS AND GET. BACK TO WHERE YOU ONCE WERE, A STAPLE OF THE COMMUNITY , NOT A OVERSEER

  11. My gut tells me that officer is actually out do serve and protect. 75% of other officers would have unlawfully detained you , took your weapon, called backup and cuffed you up till "they figure out who you are and why your walking around with a gun on your hip".
He is clearly a level headed officer. Credit given where credit is deserved. 👍

  12. That really was exceptional officer conduct right there. And it came across as completely genuine, as if it was just his standard, routine demeanor. All while he was clearly very busy and wasting no time. Very impressive. Exemplary.
What a shame that there's anything significant about his conduct. It should just be the norm for officers
