We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. Though most of the time these protests do turn into riots. This is actually a protest. I didn't see anything that would point towards it being a "riot". This is actually very rare from the left.
BLM is trying to fight racism with racism. BLM is a Marxist organization with intentions to destroy the United States. The funding they receive doesn't even go to the black community. It goes to the Biden campaign, Antifa, and other radical left government candidates. I like the old man's speech at the beginning. He seems to have a level head on his shoulders. Except for the hatred for Trump. Trump has done more for black people than any President since Lincoln. Also, the Police need MORE funding. Not less. We need police reform/allocation of funding within the departments themselves. In order to get police reform, they need more funding for proper training and more non-lethal tools like the bola-wrap.
i'm all for black lives and justice and freedom to protest. what i dont understand is "no justice no peace" slogan. The cop responsible was charged with murder, isn't that justice? So since its justly being handled shouldn't we be focused on peace?

Let me preface what I’m going to say that I think the Minnesota cops belong in jail. What they did was totally wrong.
Now I’m all for the “we need unity†speeches especially during these times. Unfortunately this B*L*M movement is a bunch of hypocritical nonsense. Where are all the protests for when black gang bangers get killed for wearing the wrong colors or for stepping on each other’s air jordans? For the innocent black bystanders that get killed by stray bullets in neighborhood beefs? For Patrick Underwood, the black security guard that got killed in oakland during the riots? All I hear is crickets.
