   He was appointed by Jerry Brown eventhough he was not qualified.
   Under Ca Gov Code 12503, you have to be eligible to argue cases before the Ca Supreme Court for 5 years previous to the appointment/election of Ca AG. According to his own admission, he hadn't paid any Bar fees to keep his Law License valid for 25 years.
   In 2018 there was a legal writ filed (Eric Early v. Xavier Becerra) making that claim. If I remember correctly, the Court rejected it because they didn't want to remove the only Democrat on the Ticket and have a Republican run unopposed.
   I wonder if that's the reason he filed so many lawsuits against the Trump administration that got rejected instead of upheld?

30. There needs to be a process that once the state gets ruled against them by the courts for release of documents, that the person ordering the defiance of the court order be arrested and held in contempt, lost sovereign immunity and become personally liable for any and all court costs.
