3. WRONG! James, you need to deal with the FWC officers in the Florida keys. They are real tyrants. Especially when doing boat patrols, pull over and harass just about everybody except prominent members of the community who don’t get messed with.

17. Florida cops will never relinquish their brain dead interpretation of Open Carry laws. They know the Judicial Systems will delay and work at a snail's pace to discourage anyone from Civil Litigation against these pharaoh pegs.

Its great that those FWC agents are nice guys… However FWC is one of the most unconstitutional agencies we have in government… When you pay them for permission to fish, you some how sign away your 4th amendment rights… Why should I have to pay them money, and sign away my rights, for their permission to teach my kids how to feed themselves?

24. Hope you did a complaint against the Titusville officers. Maybe an IA in their file will bite them on the butt come evaluation or promotion time. If the officers are "annoyed" at your videoing that is not grounds for a trespass.

25. At least LT Riley and the Rookie tried to stick up for citizens rights. That’s more than most law enforcement can say.

34. Great stuff BUT FWC serves NO constitutional, moral, ethical purpose so call it what it is. A person doesn’t need a permit, license, permission to hunt, fish etc; to survive and preserve your, your friends, families and neighbors lives.
