  3. Tnis video is the perfect example of why auditors/cop watchers need to create a national database of police interactions. There is now a video record of this officer being informed of what constitutes a legal detainment. Whether he was willing to acknowledge it or not. So now, the next time he detains someone illegally, he cannot claim he had no prior knowledge that what he was doing was against the law. Therefore, he has lost qualified immunity in the event he is sued.
    This is a just my legal theory, of course. I'm not a lawyer.

  5. Anybody else get so tired of the same crap officers spew out on these videos. It’s beginning to completely irritate me! Officers, stop wondering why you get no respect any longer! Just stop! Geez! Their whole mentality is the caller is right and we are going to hem you up and arrest the person they call on no matter what! It’s sickening!

  6. is he a policeman 'of sorts' that knows the law 'kind of' and the constitution is 'possibly' a genuine thing but presently don't 'maybe' upset people because we 'assume' you could 'possibly' be committing disorderly conduct which is 'mostly' our go to crime of choice to enable us to get your i.d.. ? (James doesn't go out to contact bad policing but is a microscope to that virus when he finds it existing. Go James you're definitely no loser!!
