PHONE CALL -CAREY OHIO -REGARDING POLICE LYING ON BODY CAMS

1. I used to work for this department. I resigned in July prior to this becoming a social media frenzy as it should be. I resigned amidst a minor policy violation, in which I was recommended to the Mayor for termination by Chief Kesler simply to deflect from these issues that were mounting from Officer Snyder. Chief Kesler did everything he could within his power to protect that officer, which I never understood. I knew of this incident and many of us at the time, wondered how this guy could lie so much and continue to get away with it. This officer impregnated a female trainee of his in June of 2018 and she abruptly resigned once the rumor spread. Her name is Hannah Korte and she was once under investigation from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. Do your research, the articles are still present. Officer Snyder forgot to turn off his body camera on one of his stops soon after that, and while using the bathroom at Carey Schools, he started masturbating in the mirror before he saw the red light on his camera and abruptly turned it off. I copied the video to a disk and let my supervisors know, but come to find out, the video was deleted by someone with the password to the dash and body camera software. I still have the DVD of the original footage. Chief was made aware and KNEW of this and still, did absolutely nothing. Since my resignation from the Police Department, Chief Kesler has found a way to have me "under investigation" because I brought this and many other incidents of this officer to the administration's attention. I'm currently pending an indictment for allegedly using a law enforcement database? Bring it on Village of Carey…..

37. I'm calling for the complete disbandment of police. We need a new form of law enforcement that isn't aloud to police itself. There is no fixing the current system.
