4. This cop is not enforcing the law, he is attempting to enforce his will over this citizen with a camera. It's incredible how when he saw this man with a camera, he immediately approached him and started questioning him, demanding answers, as if it was his right to do so. This is an example of a cop, who couldn't care less about the law and instead proceeds to violate the rights of a citizen. They do this over and over again. This is not policing, this is police state behaviour. James has it right by treating this cop with the total contempt that he deserves.
