  1. ORIGINAL FROM OCT. 2018
RE-UPLOADS are videos from the old channel that are no longer available to view. They are reuploaded here so they are still available to watch. They are labeled as Re-Upload so that you don't waste your time if you've already seen it and don't want to see it again. Trying to make sure to get all the old videos up without click baiting. Thanks for watching!

  2. You need to promote that Sargent. The bold one … sad he is more professional respectful and down to earth.. than the lieutenant.. he's not lost in the clouds or let his Badge go to his head.

  3. You see what I’m talking about the second lieutenant is going to agree with the first lieutenant that’s why you need to sue there are a bunch of assholes back in each other up

  4. This is the problem although you’re not interested in a lawsuit maybe it’s time you do that’s how they get their act together just because they have a badge in a trance soup taking their lawyers meanwhile they’re idiots

  5. I can’t tell if it just early in the morning or this is literally as comically fruitful as I think this has been thus far

  6. So, Lt. Dudley believes he has the right to abuse his authority and threaten arrest and/or physical violence on any private citizen who is not licking his boots or giving him a BJ. Lt. Dudley knows, or should know, that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2011 (8 years earlier) Glik v. Cunniffe that a private citizen has the right to record audio and video of police carrying out their duties in a public place, and that the arrest of the citizen for doing so violates the citizen's 1st and 4th Amendment rights and that the officer who violated the citizen's rights was not entitled to qualified immunity. The courts have also ruled that you cannot criminalize a constitutionally protected right like audio/video recording anyone or anything in public or that can be viewed from a public place. So, exercising your right to audio/video record from a public place the clerk or secretary performing their duties is not disturbing the peace. They do not have to like it or feel comfortable about it. James Freeman would be well within his rights to sue Lt. Dudley personally, the police department, and the city for violating his rights.

  7. Just because the clerk is uncomfortable with him filming doesn't mean they can force him to stop when he's causing no trouble.

  8. You wasn't even able to ask something before she picked up the phone. Tis is digusting behaviout in a public place. Someone should be fired and someone reprimanded after this. I laughed when he said clearks are concerned. Yes she was "uncomfortable". This place is a joke.

  9. you know the lieutenant went home and slapped the fuck out of his husband because he could not control a situation at work. SHEESH!!

  10. No, it wasn't a threat of violence, its a threat of murder. If you push your rights, and they try to stop you, and you refuse to be stopped at all costs, you get killed. If you disobey ANY government directive no matter how slight, it will always escalate to your murder.

  11. Shit policeing they hate the fact that you don’t lick there boots , when they give you false demands , it’s much the same in the uk stay safe retired lifeboatmen uk

  12. Taking photographs and videos of things that are plainly visible from public spaces is your constitutional right.
That includes federal buildings, transportation facilities, and police and other government officials carrying out their duties.

When in spaces where you are legally present, you have the right to capture any image that is in plain view.
That includes pictures and videos of federal buildings, transportation facilities (including airports), and police officers.

Aside from staying home with the curtains drawn, there is no easy way to avoid unwanted recording by security cameras, and in US courts have ruled that people do not have an expectation of privacy in public places as it pertains to photography/camera recording.

  13. Anytime you disagree with the tyrants or protect your rights they accuse you of being uncooperative and hostile. Ellis acts like a petulant child bully.

  14. I was removed from Sheridan, Wyoming city hall. Trespassed from city recycling center. Charged breach of peace. Police out of control Sheridan. The Sheriff department follows the constitution. The Sheriff a good man.

  15. Chains of oppression need broken. Chain of command just one. Chain of ignorance. Need to know, what degree. God bless James, Patrick the humanitarians.

  16. You're dealing with guys that didn't pay attention High School, what about the guys that went to Georgetown, Harvard U of C that work for the alphabet organizations they are way smarter than most of us and all the money they're absconding with because there's no accountability. Who is the Fbx and the CxA accountable to…? no-one. You want to get some attention you want some views start going to those places start poking your nose around the federal alphabet, that will get you some major Utube views.

  17. Are there any Watch Dogs on the federal level like FBI, NSA, ATF… border patrol Etc. Can you imagine how coveted they are about their control and money and no accountability.

  18. James I love your work. Can you imagine how defensive the alphabet agencies of the federal government would be if we started videotaping and monitoring their activities . Your children will be jailed you would be jailed everyone would be called a terrorist it would be a disaster they would be way more defensive than these local cops in on their activities.

  19. These regular beat cops have no idea what they're doing. They're taught to take orders. I think the only reason they didn't throw hands on you was they were vaguely aware that they were on an internet channel. That's the only way to fight these people. I don't think most of them are bad I just think that they're stupid and they love to take orders because they don't know how to think for themselves

  20. Remove their egos… two guys NOT breaking any laws, and get ignored while filming. The reception lady didn't like being filmed so the cops made up laws and violated rights…sad. All because someone didn't like being filmed. Wow this is pathetic!
