You can only enforce that inside the store many people don't seem to grasp that concept if Area 51 was in public you you would be able to take pictures in a public area and nothing against the law
The problem is many people think if you say you can't take pictures in an area then you can't take pictures but if you're on a public sidewalk you can take pictures of anything you see even if if it's prohibited prohibited means you can't take pictures if you're inside the store a lot of people even managers think that they can stop you from taking a picture in public area

The only reason a Rolex authorized dealer would sell to this guy is they are making over MSRP on the sales. Those models would easily sell at a Rolex authorized dealer. They could also be high end fakes having nothing to do with any authorized dealer.
