  1. I saw no intimidation. Lying, yes. He told her it was a felony then ignored her and left. If she had shut up instead of trying to start crap nothing else would gave been said! Click bait asshole

  2. Call their bluff and tell them then since your commiting a felony you will not resist whilst they arrest you and watch him not arrest you

  3. Corrupt cops. I heard about this kind of behavior in Mexico and was thankful I live in America. Guess all that’s over with now.

  4. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲.
𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗛𝗼𝘄𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿, 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗻-𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰. 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲? 𝗡𝗼. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗻-𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀.

  5. Cop just gonna back up onto someone's lawn with no fucks given? I wouldve filed a complaint for trespassing and property damage

  6. Okay, first things first. The lady wants to talk to the guy who's just been arrested. That's not gonna happen. He's in custody, which means the COPS are in complete control of who he can communicate with. The lady is free to shout at him through the window, and he is free to shout back at her, but the COPS can drive away with him at any time. They do not have to allow any communication with him.
Next, SGT SEMEN is a lying, intimidating asshole. Oh, yeah. I could have just said SGT SEMEN is a COP. Means the same thing.
Third, the other deputy (PATCH?) IS NOT a good COP. If he was, he would have said, "Now Sarge, you know that's not true. Recording COPS in the performance of their duties is a First Amendment protected right."
Smith v. City of Cumming, 212 F.3d 1332, 1333 (11th Cir. 2000) "The First Amendment protects the right to gather information about what public officials do on public property, and specifically, a right to record matters of public interest." (FL, GA, and AL)

  7. That’s beyond ridiculous! It’s a crime to record without consent where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, NOT in public! Recording from a place in public where one is legally allowed to be is completely legal.

  8. Twelve states, including Florida, require the consent of all parties being recorded. Florida courts ruled that “parties” does not include on-duty police. In other words, it is legal in Florida, and most states, to openly record on-duty police.
Therefore all of those cops were talking out of their asses

  9. Boot Licker here.. This is dumb..The old hag needs to mind her business and move on. nice camera resolution..did she bring that from the great depression? smh
