The Flagler beach police have once again proved they’re not for citizens nor working for them. The committed a public records violation by refusing to provide a case number citing a criminal intelligence exemption. Police misconduct happens so frequently, and as you can see in the video they won’t ever entertain signing charges against a fellow officer. This first amendment audit turned into a fail of public records provisions.
