18. I grew up in this city with these terrible cops! This whole police force is corrupt and tyrannical and they give good cops a bad name! They are bullies and regularly deny citizens their rights! "DUI" road checks, mandatory random stops, it's terrible what they do to the citizens there! So glad I moved away as soon as I possibly could!
