Stopped for 82 in an 80 while cop out of jurisdiction his first time filming!! Amazing job! – Everything Law and Order Blog

It was Jason’s first time recording and interacting with police with calling them out. Check this out when a city cop, 40 miles out of jurisdiction loses her authority when someone passed her doing 2 mph over the speed limit. 😆

  1. she said she has pulled over people before and they didn't seem to mind…so she knows it's wrong and she knows she's getting away with it…..using emergency lights to pull people over when an emergency is not present is abusive of power

  2. No follow up but, I would hope a complaint was filed. Alot of people charged and fined and Points charged against them and higher Insurance rates deserve their money back.

  3. She has issues period ! They are the public servants we the public are the Masters they serve us not the other way around.

  4. Haha. The way she choked on her words after " I've pulled other people over". You know the kind that don't know their rights and my jurisdiction.

  5. Put yourself in my shoes I got caught trying to rob somebody and and they don't want it to happen . My God I'm getting sick of these people !

  6. That was probably the most unassertive officer I have ever seen. I imagine the citizens in whatever place she works for don't show her any respect whatsoever.

  7. Put yourself in my shoes: it was hard to tie these shoes with my finger in a splint so you’re gonna feel the pain of my inconvenience by being unnecessarily inconvenienced.

  8. If they're policing for profit, they're doing a terrible job. I doubt they have enough time to ticket the amount it takes to put an officer in the field for a day.

  9. Cops like this are appointed by politicians seeking to destroy our constitution. If they hire people that support the constitution and believe in their oath. Then they won't stand with politicians when they enact laws like red flag laws. It's the exact same thing Hitler did.

  10. She didn't push it further for 2 reasons… She's out of her jurisdiction and no judge would enforce a speeding ticket for 2 over. No dashboard is perfectly accurate. That's why most officers won't pull you over for 2 over. I have spoken to state troopers about this extensively. The only reason to stop someone going 2 over is if there is something else going on that would result in a more serious crime. Like driving recklessly or obvious dui of some kind or if you have a warrant. It's allot like the license plate covers being their excuse for stopping you. It's a DUI check that they know will never hold up in court.

  11. “Put yourself in my shoes before you get angry” …..while I sit here and scam you out of insurance points, fees and fines

  12. The sad part I think is that she didn’t even apologize for wasting your time she was probably slowing down the flow of traffic SP should do a better job of informing other officers who aren’t SP that they can’t just get away with tarry stops on the freeway especially when she knows you all are perfectly in your right to go with the flow of traffic when you brought your buddy in to it she backed off what if you didn’t know him what would have happened

  13. Two miles an hour over the limit, really? She didn't have to stop them. She just wanted to bother someone and flex her power.

  14. I would've just been laughing the whole time tbh, give me the ticket I don't give a fuck. I'm gonna be laughing in court with the judge when he sees 82 in an 80, a legit "slope" can make you go from 80 to 82 sor fucking ry
