  1. The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Protection Services have said that it is perfectly legal to record the exterior of federal buildings and the interior where the public is commonly allowed to gather.

  2. FUCK high desert community watch👊👊👊😢😢High Desert Community Watch is a hypocrite and a sell-out tell him he got some blues. Coming out of the side of his mouth🐽🐽🐽😥

  3. I love your sarcasm dude, Haha Haha. When you can fight dummies with dry wit and sarcasm, cynicism and FACTS I have to subscribe to your channel. Awesome

  4. Those who desire to perform their 'auditing' work in a professional manner, should first become familiar ('educate themselves') with the Law, where USPS Federal Regulations absolutely forbid any photography within USPS premises. This is more than obvious through reading Federal Title 39, USPS Poster 7,_ and the USPS Customer Relations Guidance — Photography (Sept 2017), the Postal Operations Manual (POM),_ and the USPS Postal Bulletin (2008) 22228.

  5. This is how it should be right now auditor's United i know y'all have personal problems it's better when all auditor's are United for the one cause they believe in protecting the first amendment

  6. i prefer news now houston, because he doesnt have the dickish attitude and is not being rude from the beginning.

  7. Federal Government out sourcing a postal service, public functions and duties to a private body [US Postal Service] for a public purpose. Funded and approved by Congress in the amount of $18 billion by taxpayers last year. Federal property that's accessible by the general public except for secured restricted areas. For these reasons the decisions of US Postal Service that violate the constitutional rights of the public are amenable to judicial review. [Google Datafin Principle as a guide] DYOR

  8. I got a pedicure yesterday from a lady who looked exactly like her. What am I doing getting a pedicure? They make me feel sexy.

  9. 0:30 FAIL
    YOU ARE PLAYING WITH FIRE~!!
I suggest you read my entire comment.

This is NOT what FIRST AMENDMENT auditing should cover.
STAY OUTSIDE ON THE SIDEWALK BESIDE THE STREET!!!!! …. please
Please do not destroy privileges instead of protecting the right.

    What does POSTER 7 say?

    QUOTE
Disorderly conduct, or conduct that creates loud and unusual noise, or which impedes entrance to or departure from Post Officesâ„¢ or otherwise obstructs the usual use of entrances, foyers, corridors, offices, elevators, stairways, and parking lots, or which otherwise tends to impede or disturb the public or employees in the performance of their duties, or which otherwise impedes or disturbs the general public in transacting business or obtaining the services provided on Postal Service property, is prohibited.
    END QUOTE

5 years in federal prison is not the best way to learn proper auditing procedure.

    What?!

The First Amendment is FORUM driven.
With 'traditional public forums' being WHERE you have a RIGHT TO RECORD.
And 'designated forums' being WHERE you have a RIGHT TO RECORD – BUT – under restrictions that you not disrupt the orderly business of the forum.
And last, the 'nonpublic forum' WHERE you have NO RIGHT to RECORD
but may be permitted to at the discretion of the owner.

AUDITORS should ONLY be testing in 'traditional pubic forums'
or designated forums that allow public input.
THOSE are the ONLY PLACES where you car Record AS A MATTER OF RIGHT.
Inside Police stations, courtrooms, etc. is by PRIVILEGE. And when you abuse privilege, it is usually taken away.

First Amendment activity (like taking pictures) in public is strongly protected in traditional public forums and designated forums.

"traditional public forums" include things like public parks, streets, and sidewalks ALONG SIDE THE STREETS, etc.

"designated forums" include things like school board meetings where public input is invited as part of the meeting.

Everything is nonpublic forum and often(but not everywhere) including court rooms, courthouses, PARKING LOTS and lobbies of agencies, etc. and that can also include dedicated sidewalks between the street and the building.

There only has to be a rational basis to restrict filming in nonpublic forums.

All the agency has to do is enact a "NO RECORDING DEVICES ALLOWED" policy and put up signage posted on the doors or between the street and the buildings — AND WHEN THEY DO — the public's PRIVILEGE to film FROM those areas will likely be GONE forever.

Please QUIT encouraging destruction of my privileges.
I support doing proper First Amendment audits, but this is not it.

  10. You have begun saying and/or implying that it is Trump supporters that don't like you filming.

I would suggest that it is the opposite in fact. After all you are in Dimocrat Central

Or they just may be ignorant of the law.

  11. Seriously, how is it that every single postal worker isn't aware that people can film in public space as well as federal buildings.
