The LA Sheriff's dept is one of the most corrupt I've seen from the cop watch videos. They immediately always pull people out of their car and cuff them. Then when they are confronted they always turn it in to the photographers fault. They are constantly violating peoples first, fourth, and fifth amendment rights.
