Tyrant 2 MCSO Deputy attempts to intimidate for my IDENTIFICATION First Amendment Audit

1. You could not be more obnoxious and irritating. For starters, the amount of respect you showed him was little to none! If you wanted to get ANYWHERE with a conversation, maybe try having some common decency. The fact that he was "new" to his job should not be relevant whatsoever. He approached you kindly and ready to help. You being offended from your previous encounter with the other deputy should not have affected your attitude and respect for the next. The entire situation could have went MUCH differently if you were polite, had a much better tone, and lost the attitude and rudeness. Better luck next time. 🙂

3. I live in Marion County and have been there a few times. Last time I was there was for a public records request about a traffic stop. Well turns out it was a OPD Captain not MCSO who pulled me over. But while I was there (around Christmas time) I went ahead and took video of the lobby. Not a single person said a word to me. I went outside and took video also. But I didn't go where you went I stayed in the parking lot in front by the flag pole. Still not one person said a word to me. I may need to go up there and see if they posted any signs marking the maintenance shop area as restricted. When I was there back in 2019 I didn't notice any signs either. Now since my brother has retired from MCSO I guess I don't have to worry about getting him in any trouble if they give me a hard time.

7. Sad how a member of the public has to educate a cop on the laws he is payed to uphold. Its not a few bad apples in America's force, its far worse than that.

29. First off, for the cops watching this..STOP ALWAYS INTERUPTING. It shows your total disrespect for your Employers. Second, there is no office anywhere that issues Press Passes…the 1st Amendment when ratified made sure we were all Press. There were no colleges to go get a journalism degrees. Have enough respect for yourselves and your position to educate yourselves before you spew such stupidity.
