Correct me if I am wrong, it is not only a violation of your constitutional rights but when someone aka A person takes an oath and becomes a P.I.G. to protect the constitution and people's rights and they willing or unwilling fail to do that, is that not perjury? What is the point of taking an Oath which in most cases with a signed affidavit of that undertaking and if there are no consequences when a P.I.G. violates their Oath then what is the point of it?     plead ignorance of the law, the courts have ruled there is no such thing as ignorance of the law, it is ludicrous for learned officials and judges to plead ignorance of the law therefore there is no immunity, judicial or otherwise, in matters of rights secured by the Constitution for the United States of America. See: Title 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. "When lawsuits are brought against federal officials, they must be brought against them in their "individual" capacity not their official capacity. When federal officials perpetrate constitutional torts, they do so ultra vires (beyond the powers) and lose the shield of immunity."

28. There’s so many of us that have continuously had our rights disregarded and then spit on by the city of Rapid City, it’s police department and humane society, and our court system. SD’s in 1st Place with the most incarcerated, and of course we’re a state with the fewest attorneys.

    We need help, and we can’t find any.

    How do we begin to protect ourselves and each other, once we’re stripped of everything that was meant to protect us? Then what? We can’t even look our kids in the eyes anymore. Even our pets are being illegally taken and destroyed.
