3. This brother can't be from Detroit. Sterling Heights, like most of Macomb County, has a history of not wanting Blacks in their town. It's been like that since the 70's. If he grew up there, then he knows, like I do, that Macomb County will throw his black behind in jail, and not think about it. PS: You won't see Black guys, from Michigan, doing audits.
