1. HOLY CRAPOLA! "In this day and age" of auditor videos demonstrating human nature in action, I almost fainted watching this one. A city building in which every single employee is friendly and helpful? It can't be, can it? I mean, if the end game of the auditing community is to effect change through education, then I guess they can all go look for another job now. The task is complete!

   Okay, I know there are still a majority of cities that need work. So the task is not complete. But thank-you for this video. It offers the hope of progress.

15. Passport agent? Sounds like a waste of taxpayers money. Probably paying this woman an easy 50,000 a year to do the exact same thing you can do on your own at the post office. And they require you to even bring your own photo.
