  1. Anybody from the chicago suburbs know of checkpoints in the area, I drive at night everyday for work but never came across one.

  2. Have you chatted with any LA County Sheriff's Deputies about the former Sheriff's conviction last week? Likely rare to encounter a deputy who "served" under him.

But that type of corruption motivates your type of oversight.

  3. How the USA can tolerate these insufferable legalistic pirates is beyond me. They will write you a ticket for about anything they spot on your car. Its all BS , its money they want and money they are there for .

  4. Thanks for looking out for your community Katman and holding the cockroaches accountable for their actions. They sure do make a lot of $$$ from victim-less crimes out in Cali. Guess they have to keep their private prisons full some how. Stay safe.

  5. That officer clearly wanted to explain many details of his interaction with the woman for your viewers. It was helpful and on the off chance that he reads this, I thank him. I does help a layman like me to understand police officers.

Still, this video of the officer demonstrates how ineffective many officers are at verbal communication. Further, his discussion of his interaction with the woman conveys that he takes a very arbitrary approach to applying his discretion. Certainly a viewer like me would not conclude that this officer is sincerely attempting to fairly apply the Rule of Law. Instead, he has conveyed that he is exercising his powers as a Law Enforcement Officer based on how he feels at the moment.

  6. Was there a spot where people that weren't impaired, but didn't want to participate, could turn off…legally? or was it just a trap?

  7. Hit up on one of these LEO's to narrate a video with you, or get one of the LEO's to narrate after the fact without your narration as a marker. Compare the two narrations. Good work as ever Katman!

  8. always feel compelled to add my 2¢ to these. MANY people are arrested, charged, and convicted with breathalyzer results UNDER .08. The decision to arrest falls entirely within the leo's discretion if they believe the driver is at all impaired.

  9. Somthing to ponder.

    pert
: having or showing confidence and a lack of respect or seriousness especially in an amusing or appealing way

So an expert must then be the complete opposite of pert.

  10. open your eyes military boot lickers …. fuck the military you dont fight for our FREE DUMB …… you fight for a corrupt government ….. dont be a sheep … you pieces of shit murders … military sheeple are so proud …. its a fucken joke … there fucken brainwashed

  11. At 0:52, don't avoid a checkpoint with your rightside tailight out….
At 6:16 is a perfect example of why you should never submit to a FST. If they demand a breathalyzer, let that stand by itself. An FST will only incriminate you, even if you are dead sober. In some states, failure of the FST on cop video, even when you blow under the legal limit, can be used to convict you of DUI/DWI.
    Good job, Katman.
