Although getting arrested for DUI might seem bad for the subject, its much better than the alternative which could be an accident causing serious injury or death and resulting in significant jail time.Â
An impaired driver killed 4 people just one block from this arrest.
What would the police do if you told them no. You refuse to remove your shoes, because you deem that to be an unreasonable search according to the constitution?Â
