Wow, that police department is obviously very, very well funded, that amount of police and staff (Whoever they are) must have cost a fortune….for 1 man.. maybe send these police to any of the European countries to observe how to do it successfully with a fraction of people… but that's because none of those forces have the funding of this one….. nice relaxing job anyway, at least they won't be off ill with stress

14. I can not believe Torrance PD needed reinforcements from different agencies across California to look and apprehend one suspect, like if they were looking for someone like Rambo in First Blood. Here in Tucson there was an incident like in this video but the officers didn't even need the SWAT or any other law enforcement agencies help, they the suspect quick and easy.

15. The role of the press, is investigative journalism (which is all but dead in America). See what happens is: They will many times hop a fence, and kill an innocent dog who has nothing to do with it (even if it didn't happen this time). And some little girl looses her best friend (maybe here parents are divorced or she's been traumatized by illness or family crisis, or who knows what)….
