Deputy Keith Nessel and Deputy Brian Lopez of the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department receive a shoplifting call at a local mall. The deputies spot a man that matches the description of the suspect and detain him for questioning. The man attempts to run but is immediately tackled by the deputies. When the deputies locate crack cocaine, the man immediately says that they planted the drugs on him. When confronted with the drugs, the suspect states that not only isn’t his crack, but the pants he has on aren’t his. The belligerent suspect is searched and secured. The deputies examine the drugs further and learn that the baggie contains what they assume is ecstasy.

  1. I used to train BJJ with that officer. A few days a week we would do class then roll for an hour afterwards. I never asked what he did for a living. Seeing this was a trip. He is a good dude.

  2. I've heard of DEpantsing someone but it doesn't seem fair to hold someone down and PUT someone else's pants on him. Send out an APB for the guy(s) who did that to him!
