You know drug addict or no they are still people an that cop is being a real prick to the 2 woman an an seems ok to the guy, no one wants to be addict when they grow up that’s a hard life an you have to have some real internal problems mentally etc to get stuck in that cycle, which is why it’s so hard for most of em to get help they get on a program but no real counseling an it’s a bandaid then the relapse. Or they clear up enough on a program to realize what was broken they work on it an stay clean. Point is they are struggling people, he doesn’t have to treat em like ish an speak with such disdain. Although I don’t like them being in a park with all that stuff an I would hope they would of not left that stuff there had the cops not come. Kids don’t need to find or see that at the park
