Deputies chase a stolen car in Pierce County, Washington. After attempting to swerve into the pursuing patrol car, the driver rear-ends another car and tries to bail on foot. Little Rock Officers spot a stolen vehicle taken at gunpoint. The victim tells Officers the man hid in her backseat with a gun during the theft, but left his ID and promised to return the car. A suspect is caught driving a stolen pickup truck, and Deputies recognize the man from previous arrests involving stolen vehicles.

I actually believe the guy that said he gave the woman some crack for the car. Why would he give her his ID? It literally makes no sense from his perspective to do that if he was stealing the car. She definitely a smoker. She might not look like the typical crackhead but you can’t judge someone just based on looks. I’ve personally known many functioning addicts that looked like they would never touch a drug. Looks can be deceiving.
