The fact that it’s not even a crime to shoot someone with a .25 acp should really eliminate it from all concealed carry conversations. The cops didn’t even look for the shooter. Cops- if he was trying to hurt his brother he would have shot him with a 9mm or something, case closed, they will probably look back at this and laugh one day.
