This is just sad…
Walking down the street = suspicious! LOL NO!
The dude seems like a nice guy. 😊 drugs destroyed his life
He immediately forfeited one of his most basic civil rights, his 4th amendment rights. This gave the police officer the go-ahead to continue violating his rights, at will.
This wasn’t a lawful stop. No reasonable suspicion of any criminal activity outside of someone calling saying they don’t want him walking around “their” neighborhood.
Guy should have asked if he was being detained and then kept walking.
If you would have just kept walking and ignored the cops he would have been good this is how people go and get arrested due to the fact they don't know their rights like walking in the street and being suspicious it's a crime no my point he had all the right not to give him ID or put his hands on him
I love how they violate his rights
İf you want to curb drug trafficking..do not make pant pockets 😂
Attempted murder? https://youtu.be/biBC7ziPqOc
stupid cop callers who don't like seeing strangers
If he wasn’t commuting a crime he didn’t need to show ID. Why can’t people mind their own business
Cop starts it off real good you ask someone who has empty hands if they have ID then say don’t put your hands in your pockets when they go to show it to you.
Cops says “can I see your i.d” man reaches to get it cop “keep your hands out of your pockets” god cops are dumb
I hope he can get some help. He seems like a good guy. He was respectful of the police officer 👮♀️
Is that spanaway, parkland, or puyallup or lakewood?
The amount of rock that guy had they could have got him for intent to distribute
Honestly honestness will get you further in life than lying sooner than later all darkness comes to the light
A lot ppl are one or 2 paychecks away from being homeless
MORE 90s Pierce County please!!
Why couldn’t the cop try to help the poor guy a little bit? Maybe call a homeless shelter and see if they have a bed? Instead of only looking to see if he has pot on him and making fun of him for collecting rocks? He seemed a nice guy but does the cop try to help? NO!
Live cam yous Now Now Now Now
A very kind and decent police officer 😊!
Sad
This guy seems OK. Perhaps make a wrong choice in life by hooking on drugs
As a former LEO, this is truly sad. To encounter someone who is salvageable, but doesn't have the resources ( housing, program, etc.) to recover and have a good rest of his life. : (
Sad the guy didn’t know his rights. He never had to id.
he's a Geologist that's why
peopple are bad< why they calling the cops for a dude walking on the streets . people are free to walk in and out of public street last time I check
Gotta respect his honesty. A person's success with recovery depends on whether they are capable of being honest (with themselves.) There's hope for him.
Some people use rocks to put on a fire and then dig a hole to put them in and cover them with dirt and leaves so they can keep warm sleeping outside! It is Washington state!
Unusual hobby? Not really. I've been collecting rocks since I could walk and I'm old now. I have thousands of them.
So he has pet rocks!!! A little weird but whatever
I have picked up a few rocks, shells, etc. in my years too, but darn! Those are the ugliest rocks I've ever seen. At first I did think it might be for some campfire grouping to stand the pot on, but he doesn't even have any real food on him. Then I thought they were for protection (missiles), but smaller rocks with a slingshot would be better. What a shame this guy doesn't get it together. It is one thing to be free and roam around, but quite another to do it 'his way'.
The art of rock collecting lol
Stopped for walking down the street? Damn – thought it was land of the free
He didn’t see the beware of Karen sign on that public street
He collects rocks because he wants to get stoned
This man needs rehab and a community college scholarship for a geology program. Seems like if he could clean his act up he might make a good park ranger. Real shame what drugs will do to someone.
Why not just talk interact before handcuff. Such a power trip on the cops part.
He has a drug problem but cut him loose, no place to stay, either. Needs to talk to a social worker. Collecting rocks? Wondering about the significance of life?
Dude minding his own business and someone calls the cops
I Just Watched This Episode Yesterday On TV And Keep Bringing These Episodes Back From The Early 2000s
He was a cool dude but it’s sad how he has brought himself down.
I remember seeing this one on tv long time ago. Please upload more Albuquerque episodes from early 2000s and Fort Worth
Homeless man got an ID. How many crooks on COPS that didn't have 1?
Pocket full of stones
