Nick, can you ask if the cops plan on ticketing people for headlights that are too bright? There are many vehicles on the road with after market LED headlights that are blinding, way brighter than high beams and are constantly lit, unlike high beams that can turned off. This is problematic in a head on situation as well as them behind you and negate your rear and side mirror views.
