1. Sounds like Deputy Ryan made a false arrest. There was no actual evidence that this guy was shooting at anyone he claims he was shooting at targets in the backyard. It's telling that this Deputy didn't mention that he looked to see if there was actually any targets in the backyard that he could have been shooting at he only commented that there was no screens in the windows so he could have been shooting out of the building at people.

3. Uhm, not defending the guy, but my man, airsoft is not serious. I have many of them and play to help keep the weight off. I have full autos, snipers, everything, and they are 0.26g biodegradeable BBs moving at 500ft/s max. Unless the kid was ten feet away, it wouldn't even leave a mark.

   Still, don't shoot kids with anything.

31. It's not a bb gun as in copper or steel 177 cal. pellet gun. It is a BB air-soft gun which are made for kids and/or adults to shoot at each other with. Those damn kids will probably be in a gang within five years shooting and robbing people with real firearms. What a joke this whole scenario is.
