At least when I'm drunk, I'm a happy one. I looooooove everybody and they're all my best friend ever and such. LOL At least George wore clean underwear for this. You know, our moms always tell us to wear clean underwear in case we're in an accident and have to go to the ER. I think they should tell us to wear clean undies just in case we end up in jail, too.

im looking for the jail episode where they bring in a guy for being drunk and riding his bicycle in public and they have to put him in isolution and then they let him out but then they put him back in cause he threw a napkin in the nurse's office which he claims he thought was a trash can.
