Captain Brett Landsberg is called to a stranded vehicle in the middle of the road. Landsberg is informed that the driver is asleep at the wheel. The Captain tries his hardest to wake her up and open the door. Instead of doing so, she takes off. The other patrol car stops her and does a field test. She is way over the legal limit and arrested.
