Putting sarcasm aside, her continued use of her Native American identity as a cover-up for her actions is pretty disrespectful to her own lineage. At this point, it was the alcohol that was talking. It took her 2 seconds from being a victim of racism to being a symbol of racism. That surely made the officer’s day. The woman was charged with resisting arrest, disturbing peace and simple assault.
