It’s finally here. The video many of you have been patiently waiting months to see.

On March 24, 2019 at approximately 7:48 pm officers responded to 3729 Bayshore Road (5 West Pub) in the North Cape May section of Lower Township, New Jersey for a report of an adult male who had been assaulted in the parking lot.

Upon arrival officers made contact with the victim, Nick DiCarlo, who had clearly taken a wallop to his right eye. DiCarlo stated that he was losing vision in his eye and believed strongly that he had been struck with an object rather than a fist. DiCarlo described his assailant as being a tall white male, wearing a green shirt, a baseball cap, and having “scruff” for facial hair.

EMS responded to the scene to render aid, and the investigation was underway. Watch as officers identify their suspect, and tune in soon for part two as they move in for the arrest.

  1. People talk about nepotism in the south but holy fuck maybe we need to look at some NJ paternity tests.. These guys are fucking anything and everything that moves!

  2. First of all you can’t force people to talk even if they saw something, you can’t arrest anyone because they don’t want to talk to you idiots, And you can’t see their film unless they let you, or lungless you get a warrant. Nothing but badged thugs

  3. reading these comments I have laughed so hard, I live in a small town were everyone knows everyone , this must be a small town…

  4. I want to know why the guy that beat Nick's ass would be willing to be that upset over a woman who is his cousin!?! His wife is in the bar, yet he is outside in the parking lot throwing down with some random dude over a woman he thinks to be his cousin!?! Makes zero sense to me, unless maybe Karen had been abused by some guy and he mistook this guy for the abuser!?!

  5. No mention of the fact that the vic was driving drunk at the start of the whole thing. They guy ain't sober but he repeatedly says he was driving lol. They even won't let him move his car later on, and immediately after he tells the story again about how he was backing out and the guy blocked him.

  6. I love how mad that cop got that people weren't snitching on their buddy. As if cops are honest people who wouldn't do the same, haha.

  7. Dont go to that bar you get beat up or kill nobody will say anything , nobody saw nothing , cameras DVR recorder don't work either , police officer that drink regularly there say's nothing has happened there either .all fuck up .is fucken rat hole that place .Jesus Christ man

  8. Sorry about your goose egg NICK…but that is possible from a fist. My neighbor came at me once, and I clocked her one time and her eye swelled up just like that. Plus it was dark blue and purple for a good 3 weeks. And I was a 5'2 120lb girl!

  9. I was in Detroit the other month and this kid, maybe 19 or 20, came up to me and asked me for some money and then asked me if he could get a ride with me in the Uber I was waiting for, probably because I was the only other white person around (this was near 7 mile and John R or somewhereabouts). I told him I was sorry but that he was the ninth or tenth person to ask me for something that day and that if I gave something to anyone who just asked me for it I would be broke myself already. Anyway, he started his spiel with "I know you don't know me from a can of paint, but…" and I found it so bizarre; I had never heard that ever in my life before or since, until now of course.

  10. What is it with drunk people who act like traumatic brain injury people they just keep repeating the same thing over and over stop enough enough
