  1. This approach was weird to me. You have one cop who approached the suspect telling him to turn the car off, no weapons, then a second officer pulls up, gets out and points his gun at the suspect, telling him to get put of the car.

    I thought the first officer had everything handled just fine. I'm not sure why the second officer came in.
