The 14 year old was charged with Grand Theft Auto , resisting arrest without violence , possession of burglary tools (burglary) conspiracy to commit grand theft auto , possession of marijuana , tampering with evidence , and driving without a drivers license .. And will be cited for running 2 stop signs ..

i know that some officers surpass the line, but this kid's life doesn't matter anymore. At 14 he's a criminal that might be doing a challenge for getting in a band. In some years he'll be shot by a cop, and noceuse he is black
