Senior Officer Mann – Des Moines Police Department
Senior Officer Mann is dispatched to a call, where two roommates have been arguing, and one is demanding sexual favors. First man complains about the other wanting to come into his room at night to try and do things to him, and proceeds to show officer his barricade strategy to keep the other at bay. Officer Mann interviews the other man and see a knife close to the suspect. When Officer Mann goes to place him in cuffs a fight breaks out. He is subdued and arrested for threats and interference of an Officer.
