  1. @5:00: Why on earth did the cops not put the handcuffs on her already?. She is nuts!. She could have hurt herself or somebody else also she was interfering with their investigation!.

  2. I think every state should have a law that provides one month MANDATORY state prison (not jail) for EACH minute of eluding. My logic is that the longer the eluding, the longer the public officers and public are put at risk. Make it part of the first question on the driver's license test so that everybody knows. No escape from the punishment. District Attorney must charge and can't drop the charge or plea bargain it away, judge can't issue probation. State prison – that's where such people belong.

  3. The "Brass Knuckles" in the one were interesting. I think they are illegal. I don't think you see them very often. A friend of mine was co-founder of "The Great American Buckle Company" that made zillions of spin cast buckles of many designs. One he made was like brass knuckles, but in the form of a belt buckle. He got a nastygram (letter) from the ATF telling him he couldn't sell them. But they were OK if made of just plastic which he then did.

  4. Police have to put up with too much of this nonsense. I think it is long past time for some MANDATORY punishment (that no district attorney can dismiss nor a judge turn into probation) for ANY resistance like this. Or ANY resistance to arrest. And make it part of the driver's education test questions. Perhaps "30 DAYS MANDATORY FOR FAILURE TO FOLLOW LAWFUL ORDERES OR RESISTING ARREST WITHOUT VIOLENCE. 90 DAYS MANDATORY FOR RESISTING WITH VIOLENCE."
