Officers Ralph Dominguez and Doug Sheldon – Stockton Police Department
Officers Dominguez and Sheldon are dispatched to a report of a strong-arm robbery of a kid’s bike. When they arrive on scene the juveniles say the suspect took one of their bikes down to a wooded area by the river. Officers Dominguez and Sheldon walk into the brush and discover a hidden homeless encampment. The subject is located along with the victim’s property. The suspect says he just wanted to teach them a lesson after they taunted, threw rocks, and shot at him with a bb gun. The teacher becomes the student, and the suspect learns a thing or two about not taking the law into his own hands. The property is reunited with its owner and the suspect is taken to jail for his transgressions.

Oh, I’ll bet he has no idea how to pray nor is he interested in praying the Rosary with those beads he’s wearing around his neck. If he were inclined to prayer, he wouldn’t be harassing this man and his wife! He would be looking for resources to help him.
