It’s striking to see how different each officer’s perspective on the situation is, and it’s interesting to note that there is plenty of fresh material in each officer’s view.
What officers are hearing and seeing, and how they accordingly react is, of course, directly dictated by where they are and how they are positioned. At 16:23 the guy in the blue hat & black tank top took something from the loud mouth in the white tank top while the arresting officer was distracted and talking about the white tank top guys identification and wallet. It was small and hidden in black tank top guys hand as he smirked. I think they’re pretty proud with doing that right under the officers nose (not literally under his nose. it’s just a saying, an “expression“).
