  1. Once they hit him with a bean bag just rush and secure him. Yes the guy is an idiot, but female policing made nothing better.

  2. Further evidence that it’s not a male/female thing… it’s a mentality and training thing. Not everyone is cut out for police work.

  3. The lead officer was a training officer with a rookie and not only kept control of the scene, and that rookie, but she also really made it clear to Marco how disappointed she was in him and his behavior…

  4. Talk about taking control of a scene properly! However,, I think she should have moved forward on the other side of the door so her partners could take her position in order for them to get a better view. More eyes on is always a good thing…especially in today's anti-police society.

  5. Everybody saying she handled it well. I think she did a terrible job. Did not secure the area. Told the men to wait on getting the knife out of the way. Saying chill when they didn't know if he was incapacitated yet…She starts talking to the guy in the room before knowing if the suspect is out. Very dumb. Telling people she needs space and to turn down radios. She should have rushed and cuffed him immediately. Not sure about have lady police offers as the ones in control. She treats the scene like a kindergarten classroom.

  6. This feels like a zombie movie for some reason. Creepy @ 16:00 (That look)

  7. Super lady cop❤️❤️❤️❤️ ….. She is still in training mode …. Top of the class 😀😂😂😂😂

  8. She has great communication and situational awareness skills. She’s conscious of cross fire and having less lethal options available. Too bad this is what people think every deadly force encounter is like. Not ever situation provides the officer with adequate time to use less lethal options before deadly force.

  9. Wow. That officer was remarkable. What an inspiring level of calm and control. How do you get that level headed in such a high stress moment? Born with it? Trained? I want to be that.

  10. That 911 operator was a good fucking operator. “Where is it? Okay the officers are on their way, any other information?”

A few operators are so annoying
