On October 9, 2020, Real World Police broke the story that Ex-‘Love & Hip Hop’ star Raymond “Benzino” Scott was getting evicted from his luxury apartment. He hadn’t paid his rent in months, and management wanted him out. This, of course, led to the police being called. Because Benzino.

That video’s description contained the following:

“From the police report: On July 13, 2020 at approximately 1241 hours, I responded to a 911 hang up call at 3450 Blair Circle. Per call notes, Lindsay [last name withheld] called for police to return to location from the previous Disorderly Person Call on 07/13/2020 at 1205 hours in reference to Raymond Scott.

[Yes, the police had already been at that location earlier in the day. Also because of Benzino.]

From speaking with Lindsay on the call earlier, Lindsay stated Scott has not paid rent since March. [Note: the police report is incorrect about this. Scott had not paid rent since May.] Lindsay advised Scott informed her he should not have to pay rent due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lindsay stated the eviction process has been started and she believes Scott is aware of the eviction process which is why Scott is angry with her.”

Notice how I glossed over that ‘earlier in the day’ incident?

It’s time we revisit it.

For those of you who missed the update on Twitter, on February 2, 2021, Judge Shannon McNeal issued a writ of possession, evicting Benzino from his now-former luxury apartment and ordering the ex-L&HH star to pay nearly $10,000 in overdue rent.

New to Benzino and wondering what it was that the police didn’t want to engage with? Already seen the guy’s racist tirade…but want to see more? We’ve got you covered! Real World Police was the first media outlet anywhere to report Benzino’s:

  1. On February 2, 2021, Judge Shannon McNeal issued a writ of possession, evicting Benzino from his now-former luxury apartment and ordering the ex-L&HH star to pay nearly $10,000 in overdue rent. Looks like Eminem was right.

  2. 21st century leadership……….from behind. Tell her to call 911 if he comes back so we can possibly send a body bag for her.
This dude is unhinged. At some point he will escalate from just disgusting rhetoric to physical.

  3. For the sarge to say “does she feel threatened as they deal with people all the time that say that” bs as the are the first mfers to use that lame ass excuse. This video is just wow.

  4. Based on the size of the sergeant I'd imagine hes a little lazy. He should of talked to the woman himself because of how many questions he had to ask his own officer. He worked his subordinate to convince himself he didnt hear what the woman said.

  5. Benzino out here doing bad…. Dude always getting evicted, fine example of how black people blow they money then years later when no money coming in they going threw ish like this…. Sad part is niggas will go buy a chain new clothes etc but ignore rent lol

  6. That's some mighty fine policing on the Sargent's part. "This pissed-off has been likes to try to start shit with officers. I don't want to deal with him. Ma'am, just call us if he comes down again and threatens you. We'll make sure to be here ASAP (I'll send the officer furthest from the address)." It didn't help that the officer was downplaying what she reported to him.

  7. So playing the race card, resisting arrest, and screaming and yelling does keep the cops off your back!! Brilliant!

  8. Lol everytime i hear any officer's tune out gear rattle i want to tell them to tighten up the rattles. It's left over from when i served. Patrolling in the jungle quietly is very important. Lol

  9. So, he gets to chase people around a office, curse them out because he's pissed because he's not paying his rent, and nothing gets done about it.. OK, got it…

  10. That sergeant is smart AF! He's like hell no! That Benzino dude is known to sue and flip shit around! Y'all keep on, I'll be standing in line to get groceries, while y'all are in the unemployment line.🤣

  11. that's a good sarge! no laws were broken so there was no reason to contact the guy. if all the cops had a cool level head like this guy there would be a lot less problems between cops and citizens!!

  12. Better for him to be possibly violent with police than an unarmed woman. The Sgt is a wimp!! If she is attacked, she should sue the police!

  13. I wish one of these officers would just one time look Benzino in the eye and with all seriousness tell him, "Don't make us call Eminem to handle this." 🤣

  14. Cops never look out for the public. They are only worried about protecting themselves. She said he chased her down and they are only worried about getting sued.

  15. It shouldn’t be illegal to muzzle criminals when’s it’s warranted. THIS is warranted!

  16. Benzino known to be violent and turn situation around back on cops Buuut a law abiding citizen who was chased by him, fend for yourself until he does something. WTF protect and serve right sarge

  17. Um that's your job. To serve and protect. He should have been talked to who cares who he is if I did that I'd be in jail

  18. That's a smart Sergeant…using logic over emotion. If Benny boy didn't break any law, then the police don't need to be involved.

  19. "i don't want to see anyone get hemmed up"
he comes back with a knife
"yeah yeah, just call 911 that'll stop a crazy guy with a weapon"
