Yea, all these comments are accurate. You can even prove it within the events of COPS. A guy did the same goddamn thing another episode and they chased him, searched him, and arrested him. In that instance he ran, but they even say after that they were "*just* gonna give him a ticket, maybe book him for indecent exposure…" And they didn't even find drugs on him! Just arrested him fo the public indecency and running. This cop didn't even threaten a ticket LOL
