Officer Brian Miller of the Chattanooga Police Department responds to a report of a domestic disturbance at a local residence. At the scene, a woman tells officers that when she arrived at the residence, she thought her ex-husband had returned from out of town after she found the front door of his house open. Officers enter the residence and apprehend the woman following a brief struggle. During questioning, the unstable suspect claims that she had permission to be in the house. Although she admits to kicking the window in to gain entry, she denies tearing up the house. The suspect was arrested and charged with burglary.

Gosh what's with the sympathy people have towards the suspect? The police had probable cause to enter the residence to arrest her because she entered the residence without permission
