In this episode, Kyle and Bernie have the chance to sit and chat with Dan Kerning. In the past 27 years, he has served as the Founder & CEO of WebHouse, Inc., a Data Center Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions Integration company. He also served 17 years flying for the US Navy.
Dan also founded Cloudscann Inc., a mobile app/cloud-based Situational Awareness as a Service (SAaaS) platform development company. Dan is both a patent holder and the inventor of several patents that apply in and around the SAaaS arena.
Dan is a firm believer that educational opportunities such as this are pivotal for the entire IT industry, as they present an opportunity to build awareness regarding the impact of technological innovation on our society on both a macro and micro level.
Dan serves the IT perspective of the conversation, as this is his roots, but he has more recently been navigating the convergence of IT and Security as a whole with his second company, CloudScann.
