Deputy Cabot Brown is dispatched to a call where a man is hitting a female in the street. Deputy Brown spots the suspect who pulls his pants down and gets completely naked. He is sweating profusely and appears to be high on something. Deputy Brown commands him to get on the ground and suspect follows orders. He is taken into custody and explains he smoked meth a half hour earlier. He is taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
