Cop “chases” one legged man

1. He was only trying to catch a leaf that blew by, and the police say he's trying to run yet he just likes a clean parking lot.
   Damn cops catching criminals, keeping the streets safe plus getting assaulted, and shot at and your not getting enough money but you. I still plan on becoming a TscMed soon but damn BACK the BLUE!!

15. As a one handed person I know how upset police get when you hand back their handcuffs. They had to be not happy apprehending this subject.
