  1. I don't know about this one by and you cannot ID a passenger at a traffic stop that's a violation of his fourth amendment the passenger is not the subject of the stop blah blah blah you should know this

  2. "Nick's" response back no prob bro…. My O.C. canister broke in your car on the steering wheel, headrest and air vent.😉

  3. Piggy Mike, thanks for sharing this one, this is by far the most rewarding video that I have seen in a long time! So glad to see one of your fellow piggies get a taste of his own medicine.

  4. Seems silly to ask given the video, but do you actually have to self identify to an officer?

If you asked me before this I'd have said no seems to go against your right to remain silent.

  5. That passenger was obeying the law taking away from the cops job , not good 🙁 Good escalating tactics , just need a little refinement

  6. Is your partner and the suspect getting on your nerves? get ‘em both 😂 well at least he didn’t go for the neck. 🌅 PD

  7. No passenger needs to I'd himself. Those cops violated his rights!
And you as a cop know this and should have explained this in this video!
Stop with the blue line loyalty bullshit!

  8. Waiting for the YouTube lawyers to show up with “yOu CaN’t rEqUiRe ThE pAssEngeR tO sUrrEndEr tHeIR ID.” Depending on the state and ESPECIALLY what happened beforehand that led up to this, yes, yes you can you daft dolt.

  9. for the people saying "he cant ask him for his identification "
in this case..he can…this happened in Ohio..and Ohio has Section 2921.29 | Failure to disclose personal information….anyone in public must identify themselves if asked by a law enforcement officer..and the officers in this case were responding to a Domestic abuse call and found the suspect sitting in a car…and this is the result

  10. I know this is an out-of-context video with no lead up, but can anyone tell me why a passenger in a car needs to produce any ID to an officer? Was there a crime for which the passenger was suspected of conducting or conspiring to conduct?
Even in states with "stop and identify" laws, there must still be reasonable suspicion of a crime before the officer can demand the person identify themselves.
This is why I don't like jumping into the middle of "in progress" interactions. There could be a perfectly valid and legal reason for them asking. It just wasn't included here.

  11. Well I was recently tased and I broke the taser. They reminded me of the TENS unit that they put on my back after my back surgery. No joke though man. Get the bad guys good job guys

  12. I’d like to see some more of this incident… because if “Chris” was the passenger and not himself suspected of a crime he had no obligation to identify and these officers just violated him in a violent manner.

  13. You forgot the part where he doesn't have to identify himself as a passenger. I'm sure you didn't leave that out by accident , however. In so far as tasing the driver , it goes to show that some people shouldn't be cops……like you.
