Nearly everyone either has or has heard a ‘crazy ex’ story, but most of those stories – fortunately – don’t involve the police.
Of course, many others do, and the relative paucity of domestic / DV calls on this channel is not meant to imply that such calls are uncommon.
As entertaining as some of the insanity may be — the woman who threw a sawhorse through the windshield of her boyfriend’s car comes to mind — the privacy issues can be difficult to overcome.
Difficult, but not impossible.
After much time spent cursing at blur masks, here you go — a ‘crazy ex’ case from — where else — Florida.
** (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) **
1. The ex-boyfriend's cell phone gets seized at 20:19.
2. You may have noticed that the blurring in this video is not as clean as usual. Read on if you want to know why. Youtube allows channel owners to blur video content even after a video has been uploaded, but the tool they provide is mediocre at best. Alongside their basic blur tool, however, is a supposedly-intelligent tool that purports to identify all of the faces in your video, after which it offers the option for you to blur any of those faces you want – just by checking a box. Sounds great… but only if it works. I tried using it with this video, but ended up having to supplement it with the already-bad general blur tool. Technology fail, with a behavioral economics fail to boot. (Sunk-cost fallacy. It would have been more efficient and effective to go back to FCPX and do it all there.) Anyway, there's your TIL. End of story time.
Nothing like a a story with no ending! Who was lying??
If this was my last day on the job, as soon as the door opened: "Get down! Show me your hands! DO IT NOW! He's got a broomstick, er – I mean a gun! TAZER, TAZER!". I don't get-out much…
Proof positive that you never speak to police without benefit of council. Especially in the area wherever that is.
Geez. A perfect example of why you should never chat with a police person. Any time you are in the presence of a cop, they are investigating.. Way to many people feel like they will seem innocent if you are friendly with a cop. A cop on a case is never your friend. Cop in your yard? Cop standing next to your car? STFU They don't need to know where you are coming from or where you are going. They don't need to know about your conversation with your ex. Just STFU.
Some upskirt action there. This is a classic case of women screaming "victim"
Gay dude: "That's my phone"
Cop: "yes it is"
It’s against the law to seize the phone, even with a warrant the info in the phone goes deeper then texting & emails! It’s a look into your personal finances which I’m looking through your habits your dark secrets, Personal an explicit photos all these things are illegal for cops to sing even with a Warwick it’s almost impossible to use that information against the person! Lawsuit 100% the sky pursue the shit out of this cop!
I swear he is tryin to see up her dress
Honestly feel like the Ex-girlfriend is full of S***. Her story did not make sense.
Do they need a Warrant to seize the phone and another warrant to seize the contents of it? 🤔
Does no one care that her dress is stuck up in her bra??? It’s driving the OCD in me crazy!
Understand there is privacy laws, you cant just record people without letting the other person know they're being recorded in a non-public place. When in public you have no privacy rights.
Listen to how she talks: that rapid-fire pattern is known as "pressed speech", and it a well known symptom of Crazy.
Cops in Orlando do you really have to deal with this crap? let the lawyers deal with it. Please go to Paramore and pine hills and clean up the gangs drugs robbers and murderers! Way too many shootings and even kids getting shot!
Doesn't he need some kind of warrent or something to do that? If I was that dude wouldn't have even brought my phone outside
90% of this are legal issues so I don't even know why cops are doing anything about this. I mean wellness check maybe. But recording someone without consent is an offense
What a little twerp that dude is
Wave goodbye to your phone A-hole. Bet ya that was not in the contract. Sucked in.
This dude was definitely doing things with other guys as well
Figures that the woman would completely lie to the cops in order to get petty revenge on her ex. Typical "a woman scorned" behavior. That's why you can't just automatically believe "the victim". There's always two sides to the story.
Orlando….land of the eternally stupid police
This cop takes video like my husband takes pictures. He always cuts the head off too😂😂😂
