A young Wisconsin couple’s traffic stop turned rotten when their car suddenly got egged – and the police car’s dash cam video captured it all on tape. Alex Patoka and his girlfriend were talking outside their car with an officer just after getting pulled over for speeding early Wednesday morning in Jackson when the first egg hit.
‘I think they’re egging our car,’ Patoka’s girlfriend can be heard saying after the second egg smashes into the open passenger door. ‘Are you f****** kidding me?
‘I just got a car wash! What the f***,’ she continues in the video.
Officer Justin Brinks walks toward the car and moves his flashlight around to try and find the yolkster, before saying into his walkie: ‘Someone is throwing foreign objects at the traffic stop’.
‘Their car just got egged. I didn’t see where it came from.’
Then Brinks said he came across 19-year-old Evan Waala.
‘I said “hey, Jackson Police Department, can you stop right there?'” Guy looked at me, and said something like “yeah, no” and took off running,’ Brinks told the station.
After a 15-minute foot case, the allegedly drunk Waala was arrested.
Brinks said the teen made a statement that he didn’t like cops, and assumes Waala was aiming for him or his squad car.
‘If he was going for the cop car, that is pretty bad aim,’ said Patoka. ‘Pretty bad shot.’
‘He should probably find something better to do than throw eggs at cars.’
